TRUEBECK HOME
Located in the Southeast Division of Portland, this unique four-story mixed-use project combines residential and retail. The building itself uses cross-laminated timber in the structure as well as post-tension concrete for added support. The facade of the building integrates terracotta and green spaces to create a unique natural feel to the exterior of the building.

Located on the corner of Vancouver and N Beech Street, this ground-up project is four stories of Class-A office space. The building incorporates mass timber into both the structure and design. Arete offers a thoughtfully designed and strategically executed workspace for today’s evolving workforce.

Situated in the Central Eastside is this new seven-story mixed-use residential building with 132 apartments and a 68-stall parking garage. The basement includes mechanical spaces and residential amenities such as bike parking and a fitness center. The ground floor consists of building services, a residential lobby, a parking garage, amenity spaces, and shell space for future commercial and retail use.

This project includes a complete interior and exterior renovation of two existing buildings adjacent to the Eastside Innovation Quadrant. The structures are connected by openings between the buildings as well as a vertical circulation system and new shared building amenities.

Located on the 17th floor of the Broadway Tower in downtown Portland, this modern workspace gives 4G Clinical a new home. Truebeck worked with 4G Clinical to find a design that fit the requested budget - via Target Value Design. Included in the tenant improvement project were new open offices, conference rooms, private offices, and a cantina.

Located on the corner of NE Glisan Street and NE 99th Avenue, Glisan Tower is an innovative, eight-story, mass timber apartment building with 105 units of affordable housing, ground floor retail, and associated site work.

Located across the street from the picturesque University of Oregon campus, this mixed-use, 98,285sf building will serve as a gathering and event space for Oregon alumni as well as a hotel and condos. The 13-story building is built using concrete with post-tensioned slabs. Food and beverage service are on the ground level and a club and event center are on the second floor with 11-stories of residential units above.

Located on the campus of Catholic Charities’ Clark Family Center in SE Portland, The Annex will fill a critical need with highly affordable apartments for those who need it most. Guided by trauma-informed design principles to balance opportunities for socialization – indoors and out – while ensuring privacy and security, the 17,500sf building provides 27 housing units and two ground floor retail spaces.
